Ally is a Dental Hygienist and yoga instructor. She began practicing yoga in her home around 11 years ago. Ally started practicing for the exercise but quickly realized how wonderful it is not only for your body, but for your mind. That’s why restorative yoga is one of her favorite classes. We always need a reminder to stop and breathe. Besides practicing yoga, Ally loves to go R’ving with her family in the North Georgia mountains, making people smile and enjoying nature.

From a young age, Hannah was drawn towards a spiritual way of living and mind/body connection. She loved yoga right from the start, exploring many different styles. Practicing Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga quickly became Hannah’s favorite. The fluidity, beauty and meditative qualities captured her heart. Hannah had no intentions of teaching yoga. She wanted to immerse herself in a training to deepen her own personal practice. Little did she know, the universe had other plans. Hannah completed her yoga
teacher certification from the Shuniya Center under the mentorship and guidance of Christopher Wilkes
(aka Dr. Yoga) and Yogi Aftab. As a teacher, Hannah realizes that yoga is not a "one size fits all" practice, and that every person is on a different path. She tries to offer her students the opportunity to take that path in their own way, at their own pace, and to modify when needed. She emphasizes honoring how you feel and listening to your body. Come and join her on the mat!
Namaste.

Amy's love of yoga began over 20 years ago when she attended her first yoga class with her mom in 1999. In the years following, she went from religiously practicing yoga daily to taking months off at a time. It wasn’t until she moved from Hawaii to Texas that a major shift took place in her life, and she knew it was time to make her lifelong dream of becoming a yoga instructor a reality. She received her first teaching certification in 2016 from Black Swan Yoga in Austin, Texas and went on to receive her advanced teaching certification in 2018 along with certifications in children’s yoga and prenatal yoga from Yoga Yoga in Austin, Texas. Amy believes that yoga creates community and connection and should be accessible to everyone and everybody, her classes invite you to come hOMe and encourage you to allow your practice to meet you where you are at in the present moment.
