I was surprised to see how much these 3 hours reflected back to me about who I am, the awareness this created.
The knowledge behind the practice of yoga is really what interested me, so I began a teacher training, just for the purpose of learning more. Being really timid and shy, I didn’t see myself actually teaching, yet here we are. Kundalini yoga is an incredible self development tool that can change your life quickly, you just have to be ready for it. I was ready and I had no time to waste, which is what made me fall in love with kundalini yoga specifically.
Seeing the results in my own life and the ones that practiced with me, it inspired me to wanna teach it to others.
I became fascinated with Svadhyaya, which is part of the Niyamas of Patanjali’s 8 limbs of yoga. It means the study of the self, and self study. There is so much more to yoga than practicing poses. If you’re ready to change your life and discover yourself, meet me on the mat!

passively practicing asana until 2020, when one of her teachers encouraged her to become certified to share the practice. Through a three year journey, she became passionate about all aspects of yoga and its role in humanity’s path to self-discovery. You can expect transformational breath work, unique asana flows and intentional yin-
based closings in Morgan’s classes. She believes in yoga as a holistic approach to both fitness and life, and is happy to not only guide students, but grow with them and meet their specific needs. Morgan aims to guide her students toward the same inner light she found through yoga,
supporting them in whatever flow is necessary for their growth. She lives by one phrase: “If you’re not amazed most of the time, you’re not paying attention,” and hopes to bring this truth to others as well. In her spare time, Morgan can be found painting, cooking, and caring for animals.

She loves spending time with her three kids, reading history, and traveling when she can.
