This 60 minute journey will give you a taste of several different kinds of yoga-all in one! The practice will consist of profound breath work to help students enter the space, a warming vinyasa flow to maximize energy movement, and a yin-based cool down to end the class. Restorative yoga is a restful practice that holds yoga poses for a longer duration using props like yoga blocks, blankets, and bolsters. It is a practice of deep relaxation that emphasizes the meditative aspect of yoga—the union of body and mind.

Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness, and has its origins in Hatha/Raja yoga which are said to be the yoga of the Mind.
The mind is a powerful tool, but a lousy master.
In this practice we do “Kriyas” which are a sequence of exercises and poses, done for a specific time in order to turn on functions in the body, such as your hormone output, the lymphatic system and organ functions.
We use the knowledge of the chakras which hold emotions connected to the perceptions of ourselves and the world around us.
Through breath, rhythm, movement and sound, this practice creates a potent change in the body, releases stored emotions, and expand your awareness quickly.
